As a Soft Skills Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering course content and training programs for undergraduate and postgraduate students. Your role will involve designing curriculum, materials, and assessments aligned with industry requirements and preparing students for interviews.
Role & responsibilities
Develop and implement training programs aligned with industry requirements.
Conduct needs assessments to understand students' levels and learning needs.
Coordinate with other members of the training department to develop and deliver training programs.
Create resources such as handouts, workbooks, presentations, videos, or podcasts.
Lead group discussions and guide effective communication skills.
Preferred candidate profile
Must be a graduate and have experience in the same domain.
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Solid organizational and time-management skills.
