About the Role

Ri8 Solution Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with robust expertise in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Next . This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll be responsible for designing scalable Salesforce solutions, leading a high-performing team, and actively contributing to development.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Next solutions.
- Define scalable architecture and establish technical best practices.
- Provide technical leadership to a team of Salesforce developers and consultants.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, and hands-on development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
- Review user stories, estimate effort, and ensure successful sprint delivery.
- Support QA activities, defect resolution, and release planning.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and solution designs.




- Communicate technical concepts effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud .
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Next .
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) .
- Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, campaign management, and attribution.
- Expertise in Flow Builder , automation, security model, sharing rules, and custom development.
- Experience leading Salesforce implementation teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Agentforce & Prompt Builder
- DevOps tools (Copado or equivalent)
- MuleSoft and API integrations
- Marketing Cloud Engagement
- Professional or Legal Services domain experience

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant Salesforce Certifications are highly preferred.
