Role Description The Placement Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Odisha, India. This role involves coordinating job placement activities for learners, including identifying suitable employment opportunities, liaising with employers, and matching candidate profiles with hiring requirements.



The Placement Executive will maintain and grow relationships with industry partners, organize placement drives and recruitment events, and support learners with resume preparation, interview readiness, and career guidance. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking placement outcomes, maintaining accurate placement records, handling learner and employer queries, and collaborating with training teams to align course outcomes with market needs. The role requires proactive outreach and consistent follow-up to ensure strong placement results and employer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in job placements, campus hiring support, or recruitment coordination, with the ability to connect learners to relevant opportunities.
Solid interpersonal skills and customer service orientation for building trust-based relationships with learners, employers, and internal teams.
