Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CNC Machine Operation role based in Ahmedabad, focusing on VMC and Lathe machines. The CNC Operator will set up, operate, and monitor CNC VMC and Lathe machines, ensuring components are produced to specified dimensions and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include reading and interpreting technical drawings, selecting tools, loading programs, adjusting machine parameters, and performing basic troubleshooting.



The role involves inspecting finished parts, maintaining machine cleanliness, following safety procedures, and coordinating with the production and maintenance teams to meet output and quality targets. The CNC Operator will also document production data and support continuous improvement initiatives in the workshop.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret technical drawings, measurements, and production data.
Candidates should possess foundational Finance and Accounting awareness to understand cost implications, material usage, and productivity metrics.
