Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Salesperson will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with existing clients, and promote logistics and transportation services to meet customer needs. Typical responsibilities include prospecting, making sales calls and visits, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals in line with company targets.



The role involves coordinating with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery, tracking account performance, and regularly reporting on sales activities and results. The Salesperson is expected to stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer requirements to support continuous business growth.
Qualifications

Proven skills in B2B sales, business development, and account management within logistics, transportation, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain services and value propositions.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships, manage client expectations, and provide customer-focused solutions.
Comfort with working in a target-driven environment, including pipeline management, lead follow-up, and closing opportunities.
