Role Description The Audit Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing audit engagements for a range of clients.



This position involves leading audit teams, reviewing working papers, ensuring compliance with auditing standards, and validating the accuracy of financial statements and related disclosures. The Audit Manager will coordinate with clients to understand business processes, assess internal controls, identify risks, and recommend improvements in financial and operational efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include supervising fieldwork, managing timelines and audit budgets, preparing and presenting audit reports, and supporting partners with key client communications. The role also includes mentoring junior staff, contributing to technical updates, and assisting with quality control and continuous improvement initiatives across the firm’s audit practice.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant standards and regulations.
