Role Description The Technical Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving sales of advanced fastening solutions and related services.



This role involves engaging with existing and prospective customers, understanding their technical requirements, and recommending appropriate products and solutions. The specialist will prepare and deliver technical presentations, manage quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up to close opportunities while maintaining accurate sales records and forecasts. Daily activities include coordinating with engineering and production teams to address customer queries, providing basic technical support, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. The role also requires regular customer visits, market research, participation in industry events, and contributing feedback to improve products and service quality.
