Responsibilities
Sales Outreach: Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and social media to get to know them and introduce our awesome travel experiences.
Sales Conversion: Work your magic to convince potential customers, answer their questions, and seal the deal.
Customer Support: Be the superhero for our existing customers, tackling their questions, solving any travel hiccups, and making sure they have a blast.
Relationship Building: Create long-lasting connections with our customers by being a good listener, showing empathy, and always keeping the lines of communication wide open.
Product Knowledge: Be the walking travel encyclopedia – know our destinations, tours, and services inside out.
Documentation: Keep things organized by keeping records of all your interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
