About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with at least 2 years of experience in the staffing/recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, acquiring clients, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth by offering staffing and recruitment solutions across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for permanent, contract, and executive hiring services.
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and workforce challenges.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close staffing contracts.




Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding and account management.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business and account expansion.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and client information using CRM tools.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of business development experience in the staffing or recruitment industry.
Proven track record of acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
Robust understanding of recruitment and staffing services (Permanent, Contract, RPO, Executive Search).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
