Role Description The Sales Service Representative is a full time, in office role based in Dindigul. This role involves visiting customer locations, presenting machinery solutions, and supporting sales activities through product demonstrations and technical explanations. The representative will handle customer inquiries, coordinate quotations, follow up on orders, and help ensure timely delivery and installation in collaboration with service and logistics teams.
Daily responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, documenting interactions, preparing basic sales reports, and providing feedback from the field to improve products and services. The role also requires close coordination with internal engineering and service teams to resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications
