About the role:
The Deputy Creative Director will own the overall creative direction of the Palmonas brand across digital, social, performance marketing, retail, product launches, campaigns, content production, and brand experiences.
This role is responsible for ensuring every consumer touchpoint reflects a premium, aspirational, trend-forward and commercially effective brand identity while leading and mentoring the entire creative function. The ideal candidate combines exceptional creative thinking with strong execution capabilities and understands how creativity directly impacts brand growth, engagement, and business performance.
