Role Description The Maintenance Technician is a full time, on-site role based in Karnataka, India, responsible for keeping technical equipment and systems operating safely and efficiently. Day-to-day work includes performing routine inspections, conducting preventive maintenance, and completing repair tasks on a variety of industrial and technical equipment. The role involves diagnosing issues, troubleshooting system faults,



and coordinating with other technical teams to minimize downtime. The Maintenance Technician will document maintenance activities, follow safety and compliance standards, and support continuous improvement of maintenance processes. This position requires hands-on work in dynamic environments, supporting the reliability of TeckGenie Solutions’ infrastructure and client installations.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for technical and industrial systems.
Practical experience in Troubleshooting and Industrial Maintenance in IT, electronic, or related environments.
Ability to plan and perform Preventive Maintenance to reduce equipment failures and downtime.
Knowledge of basic electrical, mechanical, or electronic systems; familiarity with CCTV, networking, or IT hardware is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation.
