Synergie Controls is a growing company in the controls and automation industry. We’re looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage our people processes and help build a strong, compliant, and engaged workforce.

*Key Responsibilities*

*HR Operations*
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding, and exits
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and coordinate with finance
- Maintain and update HRMS data on greytHR / Zoho People / Excel
- Draft and implement HR policies, employee handbook, and SOPs

*Compliance & Admin*
- Ensure statutory compliance: PF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Contract Labor, Factory Act
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation for audits




- Coordinate with vendors for HR-related services and insurance

*Employee Engagement*
- Drive onboarding, induction, and engagement activities for office + shopfloor teams
- Be the SPOC for employee grievances and queries
- Support performance reviews, training, and culture-building initiatives

*Must-Have Requirements*
- Bachelor’s degree in HR / MBA HR preferred
- 8-10 years of experience as HR Executive / Sr. HR Executive
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or controls industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
- Proficient in MS Office, HRMS tools, and payroll processes
- Excellent communication in English + Hindi. Marathi is a plus
- Must be based in Mumbai
