Role Description The MICE Travel Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for corporate MICE travel and events. On a day-to-day basis, this role identifies and develops new business opportunities, manages client relationships, and prepares proposals and quotations tailored to client needs. The manager coordinates closely with operations and event teams to ensure smooth delivery of travel arrangements, conferences, incentives, and exhibitions. Typical tasks include prospecting and meeting potential clients, negotiating contracts, tracking sales pipelines, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and inquiries. The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, and participation in networking events or industry forums to strengthen Design Indian’s market presence.
Qualifications
Proven experience in MICE, corporate travel, or event sales,



with solid account management and client relationship skills.
Ability to develop customized proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales while meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Knowledge of domestic and international travel arrangements, hotels, venues, and vendors relevant to MICE programs.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Comfort with CRM tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic data analysis for forecasting and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field; relevant certifications in travel or events are an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing client requirements and timelines.
Prior experience in the Noida/Delhi-NCR market and an existing corporate client network is highly beneficial.
