Role Description The Hospitality Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Agra, responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience throughout each stay. Daily activities include welcoming guests, assisting with check-in and check-out, responding to inquiries,
and providing information about local attractions and services. The role involves coordinating room readiness with housekeeping, supporting food and beverage service in shared spaces or cafés, and ensuring that all common areas are clean, safe, and inviting. The Hospitality Specialist will address guest feedback or concerns promptly, promote in-house experiences and events, and help maintain a friendly, inclusive environment. Collaboration with the wider team to uphold Stazo’s service standards and brand values is an essential part of the position.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Hospitality skills, with a focus on creating welcoming, memorable guest experiences.
Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal interaction and active listening with guests and team members.
Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and Hospitality Service, especially in café or communal dining env
