Job Description:

Amazon Wholesale India Private Limited are looking for an Invoice Operations Specialist to support Amazon B2B operations by managing and resolving IBA (Invoiced by Amazon) customer and seller invoice corrections.

Responsibilities:
Process and correct customer and seller invoices as per defined SOPs.
Handle failed e-invoices where IRN has not been generated and process invoice corrections through credit & rebill.
Work closely with Tax, Accounting, Seller Compliance, Product, and other internal teams to resolve invoice-related issues.
Use the PWC portal for invoice corrections and troubleshoot process/system issues.
Identify discrepancies, raise tickets, and follow up with relevant teams for timely resolution.
Maintain accurate reports and publish key metrics to stakeholders.




Track recurring issues and provide relevant insights/feedback to improve processes.
Ensure invoice corrections are completed accurately and within defined timelines.

Key Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in invoice processing, finance operations, accounts receivable, taxation, or similar roles.
Good understanding of invoicing and basic GST/tax concepts.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Positive Excel and reporting skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Ability to follow SOPs and manage high-volume transactions within timelines.
Experience with e-commerce, B2B operations, or Amazon processes will be an advantage.
