Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in the Mohali district. The Travel Consultant will assist clients with planning and booking flights, hotels, tours, and customized itineraries, ensuring accurate and timely travel arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing destination and product information, preparing quotations, managing reservations and ticketing, and resolving booking issues. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations,



fare rules, and promotional offers, while delivering consistent, high-quality customer service. The Travel Consultant will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to optimize travel solutions and enhance the overall client experience.
Qualifications
Solid skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design, plan, and optimize client itineraries.
Proficiency in handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including flights, hotels, and tours.
Demonstrated Customer Service skills with the ability to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and build client relationships.
Familiarity with GDS or other booking systems, and basic knowledge of international travel regulations and documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
