Role Description This is a full time remote role for an Insurance Sales Specialist at Inspirox Digital. The Insurance Sales Specialist will identify prospects, present appropriate insurance solutions, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for products such as health and general insurance. Daily tasks include conducting needs assessments, preparing and explaining policy quotations,



handling inquiries, and guiding customers through application, underwriting, and policy issuance processes. The role involves building long-term relationships with clients, coordinating with insurance providers and brokerage partners, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The Insurance Sales Specialist will also work closely with internal teams to align sales activities with digital campaigns and comply with all regulatory and company policies.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with a strong understanding of policy structures and benefits.
Experience in Insurance Brokerage and working with multiple insurance carriers or partners.
Knowledge of Health Insurance products and the ability to explain coverages and exclusions clearly.
Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and complaint resolution.
