We are looking for an elite Performance Media Buyer to join our team in a remote full-time position. This role is built for a strategist who masters both Meta and Google Ads ecosystems to drive aggressive growth and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities

Architect and execute high-budget media buying strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and Google (Search, YouTube, PMax).

Perform daily deep-dives into campaign data to track and optimize core metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR).

Work alongside our creative and marketing teams to brainstorm, test, and iterate winning ad concepts and hooks.

Manage daily budgets, account health, and complex tracking setups (Pixel, CAPI, GA4, GTM).

Provide high-level performance insights and data-driven recommendations to leadership.

hands-on experience successfully managing and scaling high-spend campaigns on both Meta and Google platforms.

Strong analytical mindset with a sharp focus on unit economics and performance marketing outcomes.

Ability to work autonomously, solve problems quickly, and stay productive in a remote, rapid-paced environment.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Expert-level familiarity with ad management platforms, attribution tracking, and data analytics tools.
