Carvspace Pvt Ltd, an MSME ZED certified company is looking for a factory manager to run furniture manufacturing operations.

1. Qualification - Diploma in Mechanical
2. The person should be having min 5 yrs of experience in running a modular furniture factory. He should have good understanding of the complete process.
3. Should know to draw and read elevation and 3-D drawings.
4. Should know to make cut list, panel optimization.
5. Should be expert in paint booth operations. Aware of PU, melamine and different paint finishes.
6.Should have experience to manage a team of 10-20 people.
7. Experience of manufacturing all kinds of furniture -residential/office/hotel, cushioning, tailoring, finishes.
8.Should have outstanding aesthetic sense and eye for detail.
9. Should be passionate about interior designing.
10. Must have customer first attitude with focus on quality and timely delivery.
11. Manage complete factory operations, make and implement SOPs, QMS, control cost and expenses.
12. Renumeration - no constraints for suitable candidate.
