Job Purpose
To meet requirements of hydraulic core competency as per specifications defined for projects/machines by Marketing and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Selection and sizing of Hydraulics components for construction equipment like Skid Steer Loader, Backhoe loader, Excavator, Compactor
Perform calculations, make hydraulic schematics, conduct simulation
Integrations of Hydraulic parts in the equipment layout
Hydraulic related plumbing design and routing on CAD software and 2D drawing preparation
PIR resolution, DFMEA , test requests and design documentation
Resolve internal and external customer complaints, conduct field visits whenever necessary
Experience Required
Minimum 10+ years of Industry experience.
Knowledge of applicable standards, calculation at vehicle level for component sizing, selection, and design of hydrostatic drives, valves, pump, plumbing routing & brackets
Ability to interpret results from FEA, Knowledge of using hydraulic simulation tools is
