Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Head to lead marketing and business development efforts for an assigned state. You will own end-to-end responsibility for market penetration, client acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth within your territory. The role involves consistent travel across the assigned state to build relationships with hospitals, clinics, and key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities




- Develop and execute state-level marketing and business development strategies to drive awareness and adoption of RCM Bharat’s services.
- Identify, approach, and convert hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare providers as clients.
- Own complete responsibility for the assigned state’s marketing performance, pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, CFOs, medical directors, and other key stakeholders through regular in-person meetings and presentations.
- Plan and conduct product demos, workshops, seminars, and awareness sessions across the state.
- Collaborate with the central marketing and operations teams to customize campaigns, collateral, and value propositions for the local market.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and regulatory changes in the healthcare RCM space; provide actionable insights.
