Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site position based in Kanpur. In this role, the Sales Associate will engage prospective and existing customers, present Helium Solar’s solutions, and explain the financial and environmental benefits of going solar. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation,



responding to inquiries, conducting site visits, preparing and presenting proposals, and coordinating with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. The Sales Associate will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow up on opportunities, support rebate or incentive paperwork, and contribute to achieving sales targets. This role also involves building long-term client relationships and representing the brand professionally in local markets.
Qualifications

Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and consultative selling.
Ability to clearly explain solar solutions, project costs, payback periods, and environmental benefits to diverse customers.
Experience in field sales or in office client visits, preferably in renewable energy, construction, or related technical services.
