Role Description The Trading Academy Business Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves supporting daily academy operations, including coordinating classes, workshops, and events, managing learner queries, and maintaining accurate records and schedules.



The associate will collaborate with trainers to organize course materials, assist with onboarding new participants, and monitor engagement and feedback. Responsibilities also include helping with sales and outreach activities, such as responding to inquiries, sharing program information, and supporting marketing campaigns. The role requires regular communication with internal teams and learners, ensuring smooth delivery of programs and a qualified, customer-focused experience.
