Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for Loni Social’s clients. This full-time hybrid role is based in Vadodara, with a combination of in office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and managing social media strategies, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and adjusting tactics based on data and insights.



The role also involves coordinating paid and organic digital initiatives, managing web analytics dashboards, and preparing performance reports for clients. The Digital Marketing Manager will partner with internal team members and clients to align marketing activities with business objectives and ensure consistent, results-focused delivery.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan and execute effective online campaigns.
Experience in Marketing and Lead Generation to drive customer acquisition and support client growth objectives.
Proficiency in Web Analytics to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
Ability to develop and implement digital strategies, including content calendars, paid campaigns, and audience targeting.
