Role Description The IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) role at Dingwani Foods is a full time, on-site position based in Indore. The IPQA professional monitors and verifies product quality at each stage of production, ensuring that wafers, chocolates, and other products meet defined quality standards and food safety requirements. Daily tasks include conducting in-process checks, recording observations,



verifying adherence to standard operating procedures, and reporting non-conformities to relevant stakeholders. The role involves close coordination with production teams to implement corrective actions, support process improvements, and maintain documentation for audits and compliance. The IPQA team member also helps ensure that hygiene, safety, and regulatory guidelines are consistently followed across the manufacturing facility.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of in-process quality assurance, food safety standards, and quality control procedures in the food industry.
Understanding of GMP, HACCP, and basic regulatory requirements applicable to food manufacturing.
Ability to conduct inspections, maintain accurate quality records, and use basic testing and measuring equipment.
