Role Summary
We are engaging a Twilio Segment Consultant on a six-month contract to own the design, implementation, and hardening of our Customer Data Platform.
You will be the senior technical authority on Segment across the engagement — defining the tracking plan, implementing collection across web, mobile, and server, wiring downstream activation, and leaving behind a governed, documented, maintainable platform rather than a pile of undocumented events.
This is a hands-on role. You will write code, configure the workspace, and debug production data flows. It is not a purely advisory position.
