Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Manager role based in Rajkot. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations for water treatment and beverage project solutions,



including identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth in domestic and overseas markets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating with technical and project teams to ensure accurate product offerings. The role involves leading and mentoring the sales team, tracking performance metrics, and reporting market trends and competitor activities to management. The Sales Manager will also participate in customer meetings, industry events, and product demonstrations to strengthen relationships and support long-term business development.
Qualifications

Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation.
Experience in industrial equipment, water treatment, beverage, or related engineering solutions sales.
