Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will identify and engage prospective customers, explain Club Mahindra membership offerings, conduct product presentations, and manage inquiries from walk-in and scheduled appointments. The role involves meeting sales targets, following up on leads through calls and meetings,



and maintaining accurate records of interactions and conversions in the CRM system. The Sales Executive will collaborate with resort and corporate teams to ensure a positive member onboarding experience and support promotional events or campaigns as needed.
Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into memberships and consistently achieve targets.
Customer service and relationship management skills to build trust, handle queries, and deliver a positive experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, for explaining membership benefits clearly to diverse audiences.
Basic proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to manage leads, reports, and presentations.
Prior experience in sales, hospitality, travel, or vacation ownership is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, including weekends or extended
