Purpose

The Director – Commercial will lead the commercial function for domestic projects across India, ensuring excellence in both pre-award and post-award activities. This includes developing and executing commercial strategies, negotiating contracts, managing risk, and supporting project delivery to ensure optimal outcomes. The role also focuses on building and scaling commercial capabilities across programs of work, while maintaining solid governance and compliance standards.

This position requires a strategic,



solutions-driven leader with extensive experience in commercial management, contract negotiation, risk assessment, and project delivery.

Pre-Award: Commercial Strategy & Execution

Lead the commercial strategy for domestic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and project objectives.
Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and risk allocation with clients, ensuring profitable and compliant outcomes.
Provide guidance to proposal teams on prime and subcontract structures, commercial risks, and contractual compliance.
Develop, implement, and maintain standard templates, procedures, and governance frameworks for contracts and commercial operations.
