Role Description The Vice President Strategy is a full time, remote role responsible for leading PInterview’s long-term strategic direction and growth initiatives. This role oversees the development and execution of corporate and digital strategies that strengthen the platform’s market position in online interview preparation and career consulting.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitive analyses, identifying new business opportunities, and aligning product, marketing, and operations teams around key strategic priorities. The Vice President Strategy will collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape financial plans, optimize revenue models, and drive data-informed decision-making. This role also involves building strategic partnerships, monitoring performance against defined goals, and continuously refining the strategy to support scalable, sustainable growth.
