Role Overview

Eksure is looking for an experienced Claims Professional to manage and coordinate claims across Commercial / Non-EB insurance portfolios, including Fire, Marine, Property, Liability, Workmen Compensation, Engineering, etc. The candidate will coordinate with clients, insurers, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and smooth claim settlement.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end claims from intimation to settlement.
Coordinate with clients, insurers, surveyors, loss assessors,



and other stakeholders.
Review claim documents and ensure compliance with policy terms and conditions.
Follow up on survey reports, claim assessments, approvals, queries, and settlements.
Monitor claim status and ensure adherence to TATs and service standards.
Maintain accurate claim records, trackers, and MIS.
Identify and resolve claim-related issues through effective coordination and escalation.
Provide regular and proactive claim updates to clients.
Build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and service partners.
