? Experience: 1–2 years

• Coordinate day-to-day project operations with trainers, centres, learners and partners
• Track batches, enrolments, attendance, assessments and certifications
• Maintain MIS, reports and project documentation
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Support field visits, training activities, assessments and placement initiatives
• Monitor implementation and ensure timely project execution

???? ??’?? ??????? ???:
• Graduate in any discipline




• 1–2 years of experience in project operations, CSR, skill development, education, training or the social sector
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets, documentation and coordination skills
• Valuable communication, follow-up and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel for project-related field visits
• Experience in CSR skill development projects will be an advantage
