Job Description

Wake Up Whistle is looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst | Requirement Gathering | Data Analysis | Dashboarding who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities

* Understand and document business requirements.
* Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders.
* Analyze existing business processes and workflows.
* Identify gaps and recommend suitable solutions.
* Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and reports.
* Analyze KPIs and business performance.
* Work closely with developers and project teams.
* Support testing and validate business requirements.
