Growth Marketing & Outreach Intern (Remote)

Reports to: Founder, working alongside our SEO/Growth lead

About Us
We're a digital marketing agency serving Canadian mortgage professionals, and we're building our own products too. We're looking for someone who can help us grow our visibility, build meaningful conversations, and generate current opportunities through both marketing and outbound outreach. This is a 50–50 growth role. You'll work across content, social media, online communities, and AI-search visibility, while also actively reaching out to potential clients through LinkedIn, cold email, and cold calling. This isn't a coffee-and-spreadsheets internship. You'll work on real channels, communicate with real prospects, publish real work, and see how your efforts contribute to growth. We're looking for someone who can take ownership, experiment, learn quickly,



and get things moving without needing to be chased.

How We Work
1) We hand you a goal and expect you to make it happen. We won't be managing your calendar, breaking your work into daily tasks, or checking whether you've started. You'll get the goal, context, and whatever access you need - how you get it done is your responsibility.
2) Support is available, but you have to reach for it.
Ask us anything, anytime, and we'll help. What we won't do is chase you for updates or notice on your behalf that something has stalled. If you're blocked, say so. If you need a tool, ask. If something isn't working, bring it up early.
3) We measure output, not hours.
