Role Description The AI/ML Specialist will design, develop,



and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions that enhance 3D-LABS products, AI agents, and engineering tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and preprocessing data, experimenting with algorithms, training and validating models, and integrating them into production systems in collaboration with software engineers and domain experts. The role involves working closely with product teams to translate engineering and business requirements into scalable AI features, optimizing models for performance and reliability, and monitoring deployed systems for continuous improvement. The AI/ML Specialist will also contribute to technical documentation, support knowledge sharing, and stay current with advances in AI and machine learning relevant to engineering applications. This is a full-time hybrid role, primarily based in Tiruchirappalli, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.
