Vision International is a boutique Overseas Education Consultancy in Mumbai, specializing in providing personalized counselling for students aspiring to pursue higher education in the UK, Ireland, Australia, USA, New Zealand, Dubai & more. Our services include admission and application guidance, student visas, accommodation assistance, and end-to-end support for families.

We are seeking a Senior Admissions & Outreach Executive to engage with students and provide first-level counselling on abroad studies. Reaching out to prospective students, explaining services we offer and scheduling a counselling session with the Founder & CEO (either virtual or in-person) will be the key role. Thereafter, following-up strategically to convert the students for the admission & application process is the ultimate goal.

Key Responsibilities
· Provide basic guidance to students about studying abroad, including university options, country preferences and application timelines.
· Engage in meaningful conversations to understand students’ interests, needs, and aspirations for studying abroad.




· After students have met the Founder & CEO for a first counselling session, having a valuable follow-up strategy to keep them warm and eventually obtaining their documents required for applications.
· Build trust and credibility with prospective students during conversations.
· Maintain accurate and detailed records of student interactions and feedback in the database.
· Work closely with the assistant manager to refine scripts and strategies.

Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, commerce or a related field
· 2+ Years of experience preferably in tele-counselling in a study abroad company or EdTech or Call Center Operations
· Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional local languages are a plus)
· Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve conversion targets.
· Confident, proactive, empathetic, and persuasive.
· Familiarity with CRM s
