The HR Management Intern role at Smart Clicks is an internship position based in Lucknow with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some tasks to be completed from home. The intern will assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records. Daily responsibilities may also include supporting onboarding processes,



updating employee databases, helping organize training sessions, and preparing basic HR reports or documentation. The intern will help with HR communications, such as drafting internal messages, collecting feedback from team members, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives. This role is designed to provide practical exposure to HR operations within a creative, digital content-focused organization.

Qualifications
