The role
Warehouse Operations & Fulfillment
Oversee daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations.
Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Monitor workflows and implement process improvements to increase productivity.
Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness standards.
Inventory Management
Own inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and process controls.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Collaborate with Operations and Product teams on inventory planning and stock movement.
Ensure proper receiving, storage, and inventory handling procedures are followed.
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates and coordinators.
Schedule labor effectively to meet business demands.
Provide training, feedback, and performance management.
Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture.
Safety & Compliance
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse workplace.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable safety regulations.
Conduct routine inspections and address potential hazards proactively.
Promote best practices for equipment use and material handling.
Metrics & Continuous Improvement
Track and report warehouse KPIs including productivity, order accur
