Role Description The Repair and Maintenance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing the repair and maintenance operations of PMV’s vehicle fleet and related assets. This role includes planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating with workshops and service vendors,



and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The manager will monitor vehicle performance data, diagnose recurring issues, and implement process improvements to reduce downtime and maintenance costs. Daily responsibilities also involve managing maintenance staff, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports on fleet health and repair activities, and collaborating with operations and logistics teams to support reliable service delivery. The role further requires adherence to PMV’s quality and safety guidelines, and proactive communication with internal stakeholders about maintenance priorities and timelines.
Qualifications
Strong technical knowledge of automotive repair, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance for commercial and passenger vehicles.
Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and workflow management within fleet, transportation, or mobility operations.
