Role Description The Marketing and Business Development Intern will support daily marketing and sales activities to grow brand awareness and customer reach. This internship role is in office and based in Pune City. Responsibilities include assisting with market research, helping design and execute marketing campaigns, supporting sales outreach, and engaging with customers in person or through digital channels. The intern will also help maintain marketing materials, gather customer feedback, track campaign performance,



and collaborate with the team on new business opportunities.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with customers, partners, and internal teams effectively.
Ability to conduct Market Research, including competitor analysis and consumer insights, to support data-driven decisions.
Basic understanding of Sales processes and Marketing Strategy to assist in lead generation and campaign execution.
Interest in health, wellness, or food and beverage industries, especially probiotics and traditional fermentation.
Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, social media platforms).
Ability to work on-site in Pune City, manage time well, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
