Role Description The Garments Merchants role at Crystal Sourcing is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves managing the complete merchandising cycle, including coordinating with buyers on product requirements, pricing, and order confirmations. Day-to-day tasks include following up with suppliers and factories on sampling, production status, and shipment timelines,



while ensuring quality standards and compliance requirements are met. The role also includes maintaining accurate documentation, tracking purchase orders, and preparing regular updates and reports for internal teams and clients. Garments Merchants will collaborate with design, quality, and logistics teams to resolve issues promptly and support smooth execution of orders.
Qualifications
Experience in garment merchandising, including handling buyer communications, sampling, and order management.
Robust understanding of textiles, garment construction, and production processes across various apparel categories.
Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers, factories, and internal teams to manage timelines and quality.
Proficiency in using office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, email, documentation) for tracking and reporting.
