Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Noida. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and distributors, and present product features and advantages to clinical and procurement stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales and product demonstrations, following up on leads, preparing quotations, negotiating terms,



and closing sales in line with company targets. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support, maintaining accurate sales records and forecasts, and staying informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in the medical equipment sector.

Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills, with the ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or related industries, with understanding of hospital procurement processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical product features to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in basic CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and maintaining accurate sales documentation.
