About Treuwerk Globale
Treuwerk Globale Pvt Ltd is an India based exporter of aftermarket construction spares and mining equipment, built on the principle of "Reliable Work Borderless Trust." We are expanding into the UK and EU and building a distributor network from the ground up, and we're looking for someone who has done exactly this before, from the inside of a major OEM.
The Role
Own the strategy and execution of building out our UK and EU distributor base
Founder close, high ownership role with significant autonomy over the region
Identify, qualify, onboard, and manage dealer relationships across the region
Shape how Treuwerk shows up in these markets from day one
What You'll Do
Define and execute the dealer network strategy across the UK and EU
Identify, evaluate, and onboard distributor partners aligned to our product lines and standards
Own the ongoing relationship, including performance, support,



and growth, with every dealer in the network
Represent Treuwerk directly to prospective and existing partners across the region
What We're Looking For
Prior experience at a major construction equipment OEM, specifically JCB, Komatsu, Case, or a comparable brand
Direct, hands on involvement in dealer network development at that company (this is a strict requirement, not a preference; general sales or account management experience elsewhere will not meet the bar)
Existing dealer relationships in the UK or EU that you can bring into this role
Solid understanding of the UK/EU construction equipment distribution landscape
Self starter comfortable owning a region with significant autonomy
