Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Manager role based in Mumbai. The Leasing Manager will oversee the end-to-end leasing cycle for mall spaces, including identifying prospective tenants,



managing negotiations, and ensuring compliance with company leasing guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research to understand tenant mix trends, preparing and reviewing lease documentation, coordinating with property management and marketing teams, and monitoring lease performance. The role involves optimizing occupancy rates, supporting strategies for resident and tenant retention, and maintaining strong relationships with retailers and stakeholders. The Leasing Manager will also assist in reporting on leasing activities, updating lease administration systems, and contributing to the overall commercial success of the mall project.
