Job Summary

The HR Director will lead the Human Resources function for our client’s India operations, supporting a large and growing workforce across technical and business roles., partnering closely with the Global Head of HR and senior leadership across geographies. This role is accountable for aligning India’s HR strategy with its global objectives, ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws, and fostering a culture that reflects our values and mission.

This position will also play a pivotal role in embedding AI into HR practices, strengthening talent development and resource management, and shaping a workforce capable of driving innovation across Payments, Capital Markets, Lending, Banking & Insurance,



Manufacturing, Education, and Emerging Verticals.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the India HR charter in partnership with the Global Head of HR, aligning HR strategy to the vision of helping clients achieve remarkable growth faster.
Champion the integration of AI and automation into HR processes to drive efficiency and better decision-making.
Serve as the senior advisor to leadership on India workforce trends, risks, and opportunities.
Design and execute strategies to attract, retain, and grow top technical talent.
Implement robust career pathways, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
Collaborate with business leaders on upskilling initiatives to support future-ready skills.
Drive employee engagement initiatives that foster collaboration, inclusion, and innovation.
Act as an escalation point for complex employee relations issues, ensuring fairness and trust.
