Data AnalystAbout the Role:
We are looking for a Data Analyst to help transform data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. This role will work across marketing, product, sales, and leadership to analyze customer behavior, optimize conversion funnels, measure business performance, and build dashboards that enable better decision-making.
You WIll work with data from multiple sources including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), BigQuery, CRM systems, MySQL databases, and marketing platforms to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and support experimentation across our digital products.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems through data and wants to work at the intersection of analytics, marketing, and AI.
Responsibilities:
Analyze website, marketing, product, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
Build dashboards and reports for executives and business stakeholders using Looker Studio.
Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple databases.
Analyze user journeys, conversion funnels,



and customer acquisition performance.
Measure marketing campaign effectiveness across multiple channels.
Partner with marketing to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
Work with product and engineering teams to define and measure key product metrics.
Combine data from GA4, advertising platforms and internal databases to generate business insights.
Design and measure A/B tests and other experiments.
Develop automated reporting to reduce manual effort.
Identify data quality issues and work with engineering to improve data accuracy.
Support AI and machine learning initiatives by preparing datasets and validating model performance.
Present findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
