Role Description The 3Ph Solar Expert will be responsible for designing, installing, and commissioning three-phase solar power systems for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. Day-to-day tasks include site assessment, system sizing, configuration of inverters and protection devices, troubleshooting performance issues, and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards. The role involves close coordination with sales, service,



and project teams to deliver high-quality installations and post-installation support. This is a full time, on-site position based in Bulandshahr, requiring regular field work, customer interaction, and detailed technical documentation of projects.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of solar power, solar systems, and the broader solar industry, with hands-on experience in three-phase system design and integration.
Understanding of power generation principles, including grid-tied and off-grid configurations, and familiarity with related renewable technologies such as wind energy.
Proficiency in electrical calculations, load analysis, and selection of suitable inverters, batteries, and protection devices for three-phase systems.
Ability to read and prepare single-line diagrams, wiring schematics, and technical reports, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Bachelor’s or diploma-level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Renewable
