Role Description :
ZnT Sim is looking for a full time, remote Graduate Building Physics & LCA Engineer. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates who are enthusiastic about sustainability. The role includes:
Performing heating and cooling load calculations.




Conducting daylight studies for LEED and BREEAM certifications.
Working on energy modeling tasks for certifications such as LEED/BREEAM.
Performing thermal comfort studies, Part L assessments, and overheating analyses.
Performing whole life carbon assessment on various types of projects.

ZnT Sim primarily utilizes IESVE & OneClick software for these analyses, and comprehensive training will be provided. Candidates must have a willingness to learn and can do attitude.

Key Skills and Qualifications :
