We are looking for a Design Engineer with 3-4 years of Experience & with strong hands-on experience in Special Purpose Machine (SPM), Jigs & Fixtures design to join our growing engineering team.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and develop SPMs, Jigs, Fixtures and custom machinery.
Work with SolidWorks & AutoCAD.
Create 3D models, assemblies and detailed manufacturing drawings.
Understand customer requirements and develop practical design solutions.
Coordinate with Production, Assembly and Quality teams for successful project execution.
Support machine assembly, testing and resolve design-related issues.
Make design modifications based on project and customer requirements.
Requirements :
3–4 years of relevant experience in SPM / Machine / Jigs & Fixtures design.
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
Strong knowledge of SPM design and mechanical engineering principles.
Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
Valuable understanding of machine elements, manufacturing processes and fabrication.
Ability to independently handle designs from concept to detailed drawings.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred :
Candidates with proven hands-on experience in industrial automation, SPMs and tooling design will be given preference.
